Using SleeveSignal
You may use SleeveSignal for lawful personal collection management. You are responsible for your account, submitted information, and corrections to scan results. Do not interfere with the service, evade usage controls, access another person's data, or use automated requests without written permission.
Scanner and catalog information
Recognition, catalog, set-completion, and market-reference information can be incomplete or wrong. Review and correct a result before saving it. The app does not authenticate cards, assign grades, provide an appraisal, or guarantee a sale price, profit, loss, or investment outcome.
Free and Pro access
The app may offer Free access and monthly or annual SleeveSignal Pro subscriptions. There is no free trial unless the checkout screen provided by Apple or Google expressly says otherwise. The store checkout controls the final localized price, taxes, renewal date, and billing terms. Subscriptions renew until canceled in your Apple or Google account.
Pro features remain available while the store-backed entitlement is active, including an applicable billing grace period. After Pro ends, you keep access to view, edit, and delete existing account data and to exercise legal data rights. Spreadsheet-ready collection CSV export requires a current Pro entitlement; a privacy or legally required data-access request remains available without purchasing Pro.
Availability and changes
Beta features may be changed, limited, or unavailable. Offline recognition and graded-card recognition are not promised for this release. Japanese recognition is marked Soon until it is separately certified and enabled. We may suspend abusive or unsafe access and may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Independent service
SleeveSignal is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, or any card manufacturer, marketplace, grading company, or data provider unless expressly stated. Names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free information. SLEEVESIGNAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
